A or 1 denotes the lowest level while E or 5 is the highest level 
1.     Self Confidence:

Ability to believe in yourself.
Ability to take decisions and being firm on those decisions.


A.    Low self-confidence, nervous.
B.     Somewhat sure about his ability but unable to express.
C.     Expresses his views but less frequently.
D.    Expresses his views and more sure about his decisions.
E.     Always confident about what he does and takes up challenging tasks.

2.     Business Accumen

Business Acumen as a Dimension:
1.      Basic knowledge of area of business.
2.      In depth knowledge of industry.
3.      Ability to forecast & predict.
4.      Face the challenging market situation.
5.      Launch the product creatively.

3.     Technical Expertise

Different levels for ‘technical expertise’are as follows:
1.      Person should have basic technical knowledge and skills.
2.      Person should know advanced concepts such as current technical trends and practices.
3.      Person should be able to apply technical knowledge and skills.
4.      Person should possess ability to implement technical knowledge and skills.
5.      Person should possess ability to generate new technical ideas.


4.     Initiative

Definition: The person must actively participate in any task. The person must voluntarily identify the needs and do the task according to the situation.
Dimensions:
Level 1: The one who not take initiative in doing any kind of work.
Level 2: The person has the ability to do whatever work is assigned to him or her.
Level 3: The person has ability to find out opportunity and take initiative whenever asked to.
Level 4: The person has the ability to find out opportunity, take initiative without being asked and also influence others to take initiative.
Level 5: The person has the ability to find the opportunity at the right time which impacts the business positively.

5.     Analytical Skills

Definition: Quick logical way to analyze situations and derive conclusions (take decisions)
·        Dealing positively with problems.
·        To Know root cause of the problems.
·        To know which areas to be solved (specify).
·        View problems from various analysts.
·        (Gather the opinion of various analysts).
·        Derive the best conclusion.




6.     Communication Skills

a.     Fluency in English
b.     Grammar should be accurate
c.      Must have content and the content should have clarity
d.     Listening Skills
e.      Ability to influence people

7.     Stress Management:

Definition: Ability of a person to act appropriately in a state of anxiety.

a.     Can’t handle stress
b.     Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
c.       Ability to meet deadline on time and be calm
d.     Ability to handle criticism and rejection

e.      Ability to make others calm even under stress
